Shipping and Returns
We are more than happy to offer price matching on orders placed within 48 hours of the announcement of a new sale or discount. We are also willing to price match any orders that have not shipped yet and are over the 48 hour window.
If your order has already shipped and is older than 48 hours, we are sorry but we will not be able to price match this order.
We aim to process most orders within 4-5 business days. When we have sales or product launches, processing time can unfortunately take longer due to increases of orders to process, sometimes adding up to 7 days of extra processing time. Most orders ship via USPS mail. Most orders will be shipped via First Class mail which can take 4-7 days to arrive once shipped. Please note, due to COVID-19, shipping time can be delayed when it's in the hands of USPS and is completely out of our control.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 1 week after the product has been received.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please email us at email@example.com. Please submit photos of the defective item if that is the reason for return/exchange.
Reasons for Returns
Wrong Address - If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to us and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
Returned by Customer - Please email firstname.lastname@example.org before returning any products. If you are returning for refund or size exchange, you are liable to pay for return shipping to our warehouse. Once we receive the return/exchange, we can process the refund or exchange. All items returned for refund or exchange must be in resellable condition. Meaning it has not be worn, washed and still has the tags attached.
